How garment manufacturing works
A controlled garment order is a sequence of approvals. Skipping specifications at the beginning creates cost, quality and delivery problems later.
Technical feasibility
Construction, machinery, fabric, trims, applications and risk points are evaluated.
Quotation and order
Scope, MOQ, price, tolerance, payment, sample policy and lead time are confirmed.
Pattern and sample
Pattern, grading base and approval sample are prepared after confirmed order and deposit.
Material approval
Fabric, colour, trims, labels, print or embroidery are approved for bulk.
Fabric resting and cutting
Fabric is inspected, rested and cut using approved patterns and marker planning.
Applications and sewing
Print, embroidery or other pre-sewing operations are coordinated before assembly.
Finishing and QC
Washing, buttons, ironing, measurements, appearance and workmanship checks are completed.
Packing and shipment
Goods are folded, packed, carton-marked and prepared with export documentation.
